It gives us a great pleasure to introduce Sampark Info Solution to you. We are about 5 years old and we provide complete end to end business solutions for enterprises.

We take a holistic consulting approach while addressing the pains of our customers. Therefore, while delivering technology solutions is no doubt important, we address it only as a means of empowering the business processes that drive the organization. That takes us to one important question.

What do we do different that really drives our customers’ business?

Well…... We would like to answer it this way. We don‘t just make software applications. We are rather happy to address our customer's problems such that they can re-organize their business, implement those processes that have been derived from the best practices methodology, train their people to adapt to the newer practices and then enable their business with just the right technology to manage & run it smoothly & effectively. Our approach is based on the Global Consulting Model derived and practiced by the huge corporate business organizations the world over. It consists of three tiers.

Tier II addresses implementation of the business model.

Tier III addresses the technological empowerment of the business processes.

To begin with, we start the Tier I consulting process. We perform the baseline audit and conduct a proposed audit taking all the current and future organizational requirements into consideration. A Gap Analysis is made and documented. Business processes are re-engineered and re-structured. The following activities are performed.

• Deriving work flows (processes)
• Identifying functions within work flow
• Deriving organization chart
  

Following this, the Tier II consulting process is taken up. We arrive at the Document Management System. We have developed a unique 7 flow method, which addresses the business model implementation needs. We have derived special techniques to address the design, architecture, and the look & feel of the business model when implemented. Our methods & Techniques are patented.

Under Tier III we empower the business with technology solutions. We have a highly motivated and trained team of engineers who work with cutting edge technologies to develop state of the art software solutions that are very reliable, stable and deliver a very high level of performance.

We have adopted the cost effective open source model and we build our solutions on Java , J2EE & Struts. The extremely user friendly Interface sporting an elegant design has been designed on JavaScript and HTML and is based on a web enabled architecture.

Other features of our solutions.

The application can be ported on any Operating System be it Windows or Linux whatever you choose. And the application can be accessed through any standard web browser like Internet explorer, Mozilla firefox, etc.

We have enabled the application to work on any Client-Server hardware technology that supports server based computing. In other words, one could think of deploying cost effective thin clients and servers. Or you may opt for the traditional way of using desktops and servers. Or you could even consider deploying a heterogeneous mixture of thin clients and desktops with servers.

In a thin client scenario, users can make use of client protocols such as RDP, ICA; (in a windows/ Citrix Environment) and XDMCP - X11; (in the Linux server environment) to connect to the server and then activate the host browser to access the application in Windows Terminal Server/ Linux X-Windows host environment. And in a desktop scenario, users can activate the local browser and connect to the server and access the application.

We recommend at least two numbers of independent server hardware to manage the network more efficiently. While one could handle the access to the application through the Terminal Server/ X host, and manage the application server hosting services (like JBoss etc.,), the other could be configured to manage and run the database, CVS and other File server needs.
